Nick Breeding, President

Nick Breeding was born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK with a continuing passion to help others. He went to Choctaw schools and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2011. After graduation, Nick went to work for his father, Robert, at Atomic. Having grown up around Atomic, Nick began service work: learning fire alarms, nurse call systems, access control, fire extinguishers and suppression systems. 
 
Nick moved to Arizona in 2012 to experience living in another state, while continuing to work for Atomic part-time. He continued to gain fire protection experience with other service companies in Arizona. Nick installed, serviced, and inspected fire alarms, fire sprinklers and fire suppression systems throughout Arizona and parts of California and Nevada. He also serviced commercial buildings, industrial plants, and western US Mines. 
 
Having worked at many industrial plants and US Mines, safety has always been Nick’s top priority. Planning and strategizing how to get the job done safely has always been the first and most important step. Nick is committed to protecting people from unforeseen circumstances. Fire protection was a no-brainer when it came to Nick’s career. He is passionate about growing Atomic into the future while maintaining family core values with employees and customers.
 
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with family and friends. His hobbies include playing recreational sports, game nights, working out and trying new restaurants.

Zac Allen has hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and upgrading life-safety and security systems, with a focus on reliability, safety, and compliance with industry standards. In addition to his technical certifications, Zac brings a strong background in electrical work and troubleshooting, which allows him to approach projects with confidence and adaptability.

Before moving into the fire protection field, Zac built a solid foundation in leadership and customer service through years of management experience. That background taught him the importance of clear communication, teamwork, and accountability—skills he carries into every project today. Known for his professionalism and problem-solving mindset, Zac takes pride in delivering dependable solutions that keep people and facilities safe.

He is passionate about continually learning and growing in his field, staying current with evolving technologies and safety standards. Whether working independently or as part of a team, Zac is dedicated to ensuring systems perform at their highest level while maintaining trust with clients and colleagues alike. His goal is to combine technical expertise with a service-first approach, helping create safer and more secure environments for the people who depend on them.

Chance is a dedicated and highly skilled technician with over 14 years of experience at Atomic Services, specializing in commercial fire alarms, access control, nurse call systems, fire extinguishers, and hood suppression systems. Since joining the industry in 2011, Chance has earned a reputation as a licensed professional committed to delivering top-tier safety solutions and innovative services to businesses.

Raised in Harrah, Oklahoma, Chance’s passion for electronics began in his teenage years, working on car modifications and repairs. This early interest led to a role installing car audio and security systems, which ignited a career in the commercial alarm industry. His enthusiasm for the field has only grown, making him a trusted expert at Atomic Services.

Chance holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mid-America Christian University, which enhances his ability to connect with clients and collaborate effectively with his team. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality moments with his wife and son, sharing a family passion for race cars and the thrilling sport of drifting.

With his technical expertise, client-focused mindset, and unwavering commitment to safety, Chance continues to be a driving force behind the success of Atomic Services.
